How chocolate is made?

Chocolate is one of the most delicious foods and it is well-known in most countries around the world. Below I will describe the process of how chocolate is made.
First on the plantation, 40-60 white seeds of each pod are taken from the tropical trees. When pods are split open, the seeds are left to ferment for about a week. After fermenting, the seeds are left to dry on mats and packed in sacks. At the factory, the seeds are sorting and grading. Then they are roasting to bring out the flavor and then the roasted beans are winnowing to remove the meat of the cocoa bean from its shell. After that, the beans are grinding. At the factory, the beans are then mixing, couching, tempering and finally molding.
Overall, the chocolate is simply outstanding in term of its taste even though it is complicated on how it is made.
