ORANGE JUICE

Most people agree fresh orange juice is the best, but sometimes it is easier to enjoy juice from a carton. This is almost the same as fresh juice but has been made from concentrate. Concentrate is evaporated juice. You can’t drink it because it is very acidic, so water is added to it. In this essay we are going to describe the processes of making orange juice concentrate and the final drink product

Firstly, the oranges are unloaded from the truck. After that the oranges are being graded. Next the oranges are sent to the washer to be clean out. Then put the oranges to the sizer. After that the oranges being extract by using the juice extractor. Some waste of the extract is given to the animal. Then some of extract put into the evaporator on high temperature at short time. Then the evaporate juice become concentrate. Next the concentrate is put into refrigerated storage. After all the process are done the concentrate juice being canned.

The oranges are export to other countries. To make an orange juice just simply add water to the concentrate juice. Drink the juice and it will taste great.
